i been living at the park about 4 years now. I have no compliant about it. Mangers are very nice. I great neighbors very quiet. Every one keep up with the out side lawn. there one thing I wish we had at the park for every one to use is a pool. Other than that it nice living here..

Very clean Community and well Maintenance by office management and Great tenants that take pride in there homes and Landscaping to make our Community that much Nicer and Beautiful. And Love that the Office Management are strict on New Applicants for new Tenants and not just letting any Ghetto People move Here that could ruin the Look of our Quite Community.

Kudos to Management on its Process of new Tenants and checking Criminal Back round and Credit Back round and moving in the proper number of residents into the proper size homes, such as 2 bedrooms homes should be 1-2 people and not 3 4 5 people and 3 bedrooms should be for 3 People and not 4 5 6 people. I hate to see a neighbor who has a 2 bedroom home and has over 3 people living there. Lets keep Waterford Clean and Peaceful and a Place where we can Live in Tranquility .

12/18/2017 You can tell Residents and Management take Care of the Community. One thing they do here when i went to the Office to Inquire about Buying a Place in here is that they Check Criminal Records and Credit Checks which is a Plus and Keeps out the Cancer that Kills Nice Neighborhoods. If you look at Other Mobile Homes Communities they are Infested with Drugs, Prostitutes , Garbage and Tenants that don't Care and Live in Filth.

Been living here over 10 Years with my Husband and i Applause the New Office Management Team for making our Community Beautiful and Very Clean and Safe for Kids and For all Residents who Live here. And Love the Fact that Many Residents here take Pride in Making there Home Lots look very Nice and Clean in Landscaping and there Homes Very well Maintenance on the Outside, makes you Proud to live next Door to Neighbors who care about Their Home and Lots and making Our Community Beautiful. I can sleep well at night Since its Very Quite and Peaceful. I pray Management keeps up the Great Work in Our Community and Keeping Out the Trouble Makers that Want to Move in Our Community and Destroy it with Drugs, Crime and Loud Noisy Tenants that Damage Property.
